Full tilt slight pain when flexing?

I was wondering If the problem Is my tongue is too stiff?(only #6)(I'm 150lbs and 5'8). Well the problem is even when I'm standing still and out of my skis, If I flex my boots it's kinda painful around the power strap area, I replaced this with a booster strap(3 layer, wondering if I should cut it down to 2 but don't want to in case that wouldn't solve the problem and It's great as it is) and It made it quite a lot better but it's still there and annoying, I was wondering if the problem was that my tongue was too stiff or what?

thanks

try putting the thicker wedge in the back of the boot. i had that problem with my dalbello kryptons and increasing my forward lean made a world of difference

Yeah they fit, I've been fitted and I can just tell they fit, apart from the flexing pain(which isn't noticable when skiing but still annoying) they're perfect.

Have you heat molded the liners, or you just using them as they were out of the box? Also (I think someone already mentioned it) but reverse the overlap of your liner. You might need to have it remolded to gain the full effect.

Do you have a footbed in your liner? As your foot pronates, your ankle falls inward, and your leg shaft rotates. This bit of rotation can place your leg muscle in a weird place and cause this discomfort. Make sure you always have a footbed just so your alignment is correct because you can try Boosters, different liners, or heat mold tricks but if your foundation is wrong then nothing will work properly.

Fixed this problem ages ago, it was me having the buckles too tight, causing a pressure point, and my leg hairs rubbing.
