selling because the boot is the wrong size and the store wont give me back my money.

currently i am in Whistler BC.

in the second picture you can clearly see that it says 28.5 on the shell, so is it a 28.5 shell and a 28.0 liner right? I am pretty sure that they only make half size shells and have thicker liners in the whole size boots?
