Full Tilt Questions

Thank you, the helped a lot for sure. I'll probably go into my local ski shop and do this. There great boot fitters. I might just drive into bend around september or washington to try FTs on two.

One question, if i get full tilt booters where can i get different tounges if needed?

Now i have a question that i think you can answer...

My Flexon's have a #6 dual density tongue in them. I think that i want something softer, but i dont know how soft to go. How much of a difference is there between a dual density #6 and, say, a #4 single injection? Or a #2?

And also, i was told on TGR that a booster strap would help give me more control/soften them up too. Is this true? How big of a difference would that make?

Thanks

I actually have a 4 and a 6 set of tongues. I took the sixes out, and went to fours last year and loved them. they were really forgiving for the park riding, and midwest conditions i was dealing with. I'm going to use the 6 pair this year because i'm in montana, but when it comes time for bc booter skiing, the 4s are coming back out. the 4 was easily enough to control my skis in gnarly terrain, but the 6's do make a big difference.

well im 5'8'' 135 but its all preference how stiff you want. ill probably end up with the 8 tongue and the 6 for park

Guys...You can't agree on flex because its totally personal preference. I ski a 2, my buddy who is the same size as I am and skis the exact same terrain with me daily skis a 9.
