Full Tilt Question

So i went to go look at some boots and i tried on the full tilt Konflicts, and they were great with comfort and i loved the flex but i dont quite have that much money but i found last years model for $100 less i was wondering if there was any major changes in the 2011 boot from the 2010 boot and if they fit diffrently...Thanks

do you guys know what there flex index compares to like the regular flex index?

flex varies from 4-10 now i think. used to make 2 flexes but not anymore (i could be completely wrong about this). 4 is the softest (flexiest) and 10 is the most rigid. they increase by intervals of 2 (4,6,8, and 10). i don't know quite how that compares to other companies, but you want stiffer boots for powder, all mountain, and generally softer for park. but its your preference

the konflicts are an 8 which is comparable to a 110ish flex

not necessarily,
it has a lot more to do with his height, weight, skier ability, and flex of ski as well...more so than just the terrain he shreds
