Full Tilt Question

The middle buckle on my BB pro's doesnt loosen anymore, no matter how hard I push the little tab, nothing happens. Am I fucked? Should I shell out 30 fucking dollars for a new one + installation fees? Im gettign new boots next year anyway, so I'd like to spend zero dollars and make these work, but its as tight as it goes right now, and I cant ride it like that, so something has to happen before I can ride em. If I can get them to slide in the little track and loosen I'll just keep it at the same setting for the rest of teh season, problem is, it doesn't do that at all, even after repeated attempts. Fuck.
 
looks like something got stuck in your buckle. if you cant ski in it get a new one. but if the season for you is ending in a week or so (lets say) try and work with it
 
Dont remind me... but we have more than a week or 2. My last "real" (lift accessed) day was april 26 last year and I could have gone later, plus late season jibbing/rail jams dont stop for another month after that. I skied every weekend last year up until memorial day at stowe.

But yeah. I'm hopin it'll just work eventually. I try and try, and tehn get frustrated and give up, and then try again hoping it fixed itself haha. I'll try to look and see if something is in tthere
 
Is anything bent with the buckle? If it's not bent or damaged and just seized up, try spraying some anti-seize compound or even some kind of bike chain lube into it. That should get it working again for you.
 
Tried putting some lube on it, to no avail. I brought it to my shop and they said its def broken, but got it to slide to a spot where I can leave it for the rest of the season at least.

Oh well. Getting new boots next year anyway
 
at least FTs dont leave large gaps between the boot and ski that can fit the tip of a gaper's ski in between when they fail at getting off skyline
