Full tilt model A

over here in japan at the local shop its all full tilt boots and they got the Model A, just plain black. not sure what year it's from, but i think last season.

what sort of boot are they like? the bumblebee? how stiff is the tongue and what boot board is it?

i was gonna get it and some different tongues but i think i wanna get an active bootboard.

Im pretty sure their identical to the fulltilt booters. both are number 4 flex, no active boot board and the performer liner. my bro has them and there a real nice boot just no the best.
 
Last years Model A is almost the same as the Booter, the flex, boot board, and liner all the same (#4 Tongue, Rigid Boot Board, and Performance Liner), however the Booter has a lower modified cuff in the back (it's the only boot that has it), but other than that it's the same.
 
should i fork out for the active boot board? or is riged fine? not many huge jumps here in niseko, mainly jibs and rails, then in aus the jumps are only up to about 40ft or so.

i can save 200 bucks or so getting the model A, then get some different tongues or something with the extra money.
