Full tilt flex, salomon suspect

trying to save lots of postings so i have a few questions

question #1: 6 flex or 4 flex

ill mainly be in park but i always like to ride some groomers, trees and what not, will i notice a big difference with the 4

question #2: I ordered the '12 i havnt heard very good things about them, ive heard the topsheet isnt the best but how bad is it really and besides durability how does the ski handle in the park and outside of the park

How much do you weight? How stiff a ski do your ride? I'm 140lbs ish and I have 6's, I ride rossi s4's (stiff), and I've started finding them pretty soft, most likely cus they soften after use. Gonna pick up some 8's, maybe some 10's too for real skiing.

im 150 5 7 and i have no clue how stiff the suspects are i havnt even rode them yet? and before that i just started last year. k2 silencers are what i had and i think ther a stiffer ski

I had the 2010 suspects, and from what i know nothing has really changed. The durability of the topsheets is shit, my bases and edges had fine durability and i didnt have any edge missing in 2 seasons on them. They are pretty stiff but they handle like a dream. You can ski them like race skis, in the sense that they will be stable very high on edge. You will love how the ski performs. However, the swing weight on them is a little higher than others, but nothing that bad.

I have the 2008 silencers and that's pretty much how I would describe them. Flat camber twin deja vu I guess.

Flex is personal preference there's really no way to decide without trying them. And just don't get suspects.
