Full tilt flex help

I'm considering buying some '10 FullTilt First chair boots. I'm getting a pretty good deal, but I'm wondering if the flex 10 tongues would work for me? I ski a fair amount of park, but also a lot of all mountain, moguls, some pow etc. Would the flex 10 tongues work for me? Would they even make that much of a difference? And do you get more/less shin bang? Please help, thank you very much for your time

a 10 flex will keep you more centered in the boot and will be better for all mountain riding, also, depending on how big your going a stiffer flex could be necesarry to keep you from "going thru the boots" on landing.

if you can flex the boots and you are a big or strong guy then no problem. but for your situation i would recommend either a 6 or 8 flex. but you might just have to wait and judge for a personal preference

Would last years booters be any better perhaps? I forgot to mention some important facts. I'm 5'11 150 lbs. I am dropping some cliffs but not really hitting many park jumps because.... our mountain doesn't have any. Lamest thing ever, all we have is bad rails. +k by the way

first chairs are super good for powder, but primarily all mountain/pow. if you want a stiffer park/all mountain boot the konflicts are great

i know a kid that uses the same boots with the 10 flex in the park and i think they work fine for him. but it depends on what you like. you can also buy a softer one if needed!!

At 150 I think the ten will jsut be too stiff. I think something more like an 8 would be great for what you are looking to do.

completley agree im shocked (not really) that no one said this earlier.
you might just kill urself in a 10 dude, at 150, even if u are charging the shit out of everything, go no more than an 8, and even that is pushing it.
6 is where id put u in

Thank all of you very much I'm now looking at the konflicts or the hot doggers so hopefully it works out. +k for everyone

you should go try on a konflict and a hotdogger, see which ones more comfortable..they'll both work well for what your doing.. a 6 flex might suit your weight a bit better though... your local FT dealer can order in different tongues for you..
