Full Tilt Cable Covers

I'm sure this has come up before, but what's the hype about the cable covers, I just got some full tilt drop kicks which don't have any and I was thinking covers would be sweet but I've heard a lot of negative things about them. What's your opinion NS?

If you like the look/idea of them, then throw them on your boots. I'm sure you'd have no problem getting hold of some, since quite a few people take them off.

You can't even see them under your pants so why use them? Unless you tuck your pants in.......

That's what I was thinking, I heard that it doesn't let the strap sit properly or some shit like that
