Any shops in MTL carry full tilt?

I can't find any in Ottawa or Toronto.....

sorry for the plug but take a trip south to Burlington, VT. If you can't find them up there, we have them at the Skirack. And when you get the molded to your feet just drive back up with them on your feet over the border so you don't have to pay the tax ;)

Really tho, for any reps or shop employees, has anyone ever explained why the Konflict, which is less stiff than the Bumble Bee, is still $100 more? Is it for the camo paintjob?

The Konflict is a completely different boot than the bumble bee. The bumble bee camo is just a bumblebee with camo graphics. I just got a pair of Konflicts, best boots I've ever had, can't wait to ski them. Intuituition liners are so sick. The Konflict boot isn't even on the full tilt site, just the bumble bee camo. do a froogle search or something for bumble bee camo and one for konflict.

Its still softer than the Bumble Bee, and to be honest, my feet didnt feel any different in them. Softer is usually cheaper, so what did they change?

Pilchuck had them for $700 and online I have found them for $599. I paid $500 at Pilchuck because I buy all my stuff there so I get proform and better deals than I can find anywhere else. They do feel different than the bumble bees. I didn't like the bumble bees but I liked the Koflict boots. I tried on probably 7 or 8 pairs of boots and the Konflict fit my feet best. And the concept and features behind Full tilt boots are awesome.

I don't know what exactly they changed, I just got the boot that best fit my feet and the boot that was a freestyle boot as opposed to an all mtn. or race boot.

Yeah, they felt a little pokey, but the bootfitter assured me that all you need to look at with these is flex since the liner will mold to whatever. Uhg, I really want those boots, I just wish I had the cash.

So vermont is my closest bet?

why the hell doesn't anyone in Canada carry these?

If you give your local shop the details on the full tilt company and they aren't complete assholes then you might always have them ordered in...but if you desperately need them I would always go skiracks idea of crossing the boarder to get them

umm I think you guys are confused with your models of full tilt.

Bumble Bee and Bumble Bee PRO are two different boots.

The BBPro, Konflict, and Camo, are all the exact same boot but with different graphics.

All the Full Tilt shells are exactly the same for all Model A thru Lady and BB and BB pro. The only difference between the models are the liners and the tongue (which is interchangable)

Camo is slightly more expensive than BB Pro cuz the tongue is a special color instead of the mass produced black and yellow.

Konflict is even more expensive because not only the tongue, but the cuff is different. Look how many models have a black cuff compared to the limited Koflict model. In case you are still scratching your head: ALL of them.

So you are paying for the cool graphics. However, I don't care how my boos look since they are under my pants anyhow, I bought the BB Pro.

And yes there is an even stiffer tongue than the ones that come with BBPro/Camo/Konflict but it is aftermarket. Hope that clears things up.

Oh yeah... There are retailers in Canada but there are very few. Plus all the Raichle fans all went and got a pair when they heard they were selling in Canada. In Banff/Canmore they are selling like hotcakes. I think there's like one pair left in Canmore and the only store in the area that carries them is probably the only store in western Canada to stock them as a regular item. They are trying to order more from the states.
