Full Tilt Boot Sizing

I'm looking at buying some Full Tilt boots off the internet and am curious if anyone has any input as far as sizing. I wear a 26.5 Nordica which is a bit tight. I tried on some Dalbello's in a 26.5 and they were too small. Any input? I know.....go to a bootfitter but that's not an option.

Going to a bootfitter is the only answer man. There is no alternative.
All liner length is generic and a standard, though width can affect a feel of the boot.
The nordica you have as afar as I remember is a fairly wide boot, Full tilt is low volume, i have been asking the same question.
Don't buy unless you can get to a bootfitter, as the boot will never fit right withougt being heat molded and it's different to other heater systems.Don't be a fool man, get fitted. Talk to a local shop and see if they can stock FT

I Love Mine, I was wearing a 26.5 in spk's before i got sponsored by them, and i wore the same size last year. But this upcoming season i think i might drop a shell size. I have found they run about the same as eveything else i have tryed on, just lil more narrow.

Did you fit the SPK comfortably or was it roomy, as I have been told that I won't fit in a FT as my foot is most likely too wide.Somewhere between a D and an E is my width.

i have had rampages 28
spks 28
and i have a pair of ful tilts that are 28

the spks are by far the more roomie boot obviously
my rampages fit my foot like a glove
the full tilts are a tad bit to tight as in they are a little bit narrrower than the rampags and they are a tad bit shorter than the rampages...i can still get my foot in fine they are just a little bit tighter with no wiglle room

The spks fit, but i just have a narrower foot, so naturaly the fulltilts fit me really well, i also have a pretty flat foot. I didint like how the spks fit my foot at all.

Did you get them baked?

there are a lot of people tht have rocked SPK and FT, i think i may have to get somewhere and try them out.

to the thread creator:

go to sporthaus. talk to bart0. he runs the place and he's in charge of winter sporting for the most part. he could most likely order a few sizes of different models so you can try them on. he's done that to me for different boots in the past, and he's a really nice guy. I'm looking at getting full tilts, too, so i'm going to try to talk him into it, too. All he does is buy 5-6 pairs for you to try on, and then once you've got what you want, he sends 'em back. cake!

Thanks for the heads up. I'll talk to him. The problem with Sporthaus

seems to be they are pretty expensive. Did he charge you up the wazoo?

that's true... everything is msrp/overpriced there because there's hardly any demand to keep up with the price of stock here in the tri-cities. bart graduated with my dad and we've been familiy friends for a long time, so we get a lot of our gear for wholesale. That's my only thought though, i don't know where else you could go without driving 3 hours!

got to a shop. get your boots fitted to your feet. your feet will thank you. plus your feet might be the wrong shape for FT, they're a pretty narrow boot. other brands make a similar-ish boot. but i must agree that the FT boots are really sick.
