Full Tilt #10 Tongue for Park

Hey guys. i can get some first chairs for cheap here in austria and i want to know if i can still comfortably ride park with them. i have been on bumble bee pros until now and i want to know how they differ in the flex. as far as i remeber the bumble bees are also pretty stiff. these are a 29.5 and my bumble bees are a 29.0 that's why i buy them. i have a little more space and they also have a 326mm bootsole lenght as my old bumble bees.opinions?
 
well if you are worried about them being too stiff you can just get softer tongues for not too much money
 
Those boots have the exact same shells, FT makes their boots by the half size so 28=28.5 29=29.5 . The only difference between the boots is one liner is thinner in the toe box.
 
I got First Chairs and switched out the tongue, you should do the same if your riding park and use your BBpro tongue or even buy a softer one, whatever stiffness you like
 
anybody know the stiffness of bumble bee tongues? and yeah i'm aware that the shell is the same size. anybody know where to get a tongue #4 or #6. cause i'm going to sell the bumble bees and i don't want to sell without the tongue ;)
 
To answer your question, NO, you can not ride park comfy with a 10 flex tounge, but as the guys said above, you can swap it out for pretty cheap.

The 10 flex tounge is very very stiff..
 
just tried on a seth morisson full tilt at my local shop and the flex 10 tongue isn't as stiff as i expected. so i would say yes, you can ride park with them. a new tongue is 30 bucks so thats not the problem cause i can get the first chairs for 200 new..didn't feel a lot of difference to my bumble bees
 
Flex in the shop is gonna be pretty different than on the hill. The plastic gets much stiffer in the cold than in the warm shop. that explanes why a 10 flex warm tongue feels lke a 6 flex cold tongue.
 
id say get a softer tongue if you're only using them for park go 4 if its more all around go 6. I bought first chairs because fulltilts fit me well but my shop was sold out of hotdoggers and classics and my shop just let me make the first chair into a hotdogger for free. It was sick
