If you have adobe encore, youve probs tried exporting swfs, if you havnt, try it, its cool. One of the problems with it is there was no full screen option, but i came up with a solution. Its another file that links to your Encore file and adds a full screen button. Here it is, its the swf, fla and a txt file with instilation instructions

Check it out, its not perfect but its the best there is so far
If anyones good with flash and wants to make it like auto hide or enable video smoothing, that would be sick
