how do you download torrents, it comes up as like a 400 kb file?

you need to get a downlader first like bitlord or azureus then you get torrents off the internet and use a downloader to get them. to find a torrent just type whatever you want with torrent in google i.e. filthy whore #3 torrent. then you click download.
