I always wear mine now. I never used to wear one and never got hurt. I wore one this year and ended up with 7 stitches in my forehead, I was even wearing my helmet when it happend. I got unlucky, it was on correctly. You get used to wearing it. I would use a helmet in park, just not a full face helmet. Other than that, always wear it. You never know when you're going to change your mind and decide to go rip some trees or steeps. Plus, never know where you might find a powder stash and decide to go hard.
