Fujs or 1080s?

i need new skis... ive had good experience with k2 and salomon... and i love my old ass 1080s.... but the rocks did too. Back to K2 or stick with 1080s?

1080=overpriced ski that would be great with a more durable core and a cheaper price

fujative= cheap price durable as hell apparently isnt good on hard pack

skied both many times, fujitive is pretty decent on hardpacked, but it does not excel. its a jip/slopestyle ski. it's not meant to.

If you don't want Fujatives, go with Public Enemies, they are 80mm waist, have a wood core, and are close to indestructible. Still sell for less than the 1080's.

i hadnt had any problems with the foam core. Even after 2 seasons my old 1080s had a decent flex. And a wood core isnt durable till the end of the millenium. both kinds of cores are loosing performance.

If you like 1080s stick with them, if you dont mind paying the higher price. otherwise go with k2, good skis and cheap

if the 1080's you have a pre space-frame you'll probably like the pe more. The space-frame, in my opinion, ruined the super linear flex pattern the ski had.
