today was my first day on them...i'm grinnin like a fuckin idiot, these skis kick ass...they have a crazy flex in the tips and tails but are still stable to handle crud at high speed...butters, nose press, jumps...they excelled at everything...the most impressive part was the amount of pop they have...10/10 and better than the public enemy in my opinion

skiing is for little fat kids
 
im curious also on how they handle on powder and skiing bumps

if pep makes a ski it isn't gonna suck, so all you haters do need to lay off, a soft-responsive-wide ski is what the ski industry has been shunning all there lives, and here Pep is bringin it to you all so show some respect

just coz their wide, doesnt mean their great in powder, but usually soft skis arnt exactly perfect powder skis, and pep doesnt ski that much pow, except of course for pow landings... but not a seth or shane... duh.... so yea....

^^what? I'd bet pep spends more days in pow than in the park, and yah the fujatives(sp) were not designed with powder in mind though I'm sure they wouldnt be too far from PEs performance wise.

 
yeah rodeo7 are you serious? pep is always in the BC. look at like 7 out of the 10 pictures of him in the last 2 freeze's. all BC booters.

yeah, but lets not talk about what they were, lets talk about properties about them that would make them bad in powder. First of all, why is stiffness so important in powder? Second of all, what makes you think they would be close to PEs performance in the pow? Because I hear the PEs rip the pow.

i think the k2 team just designed these for park...they have the pistols to fool around with in pow, and to a certain extent the pe's...but seriously, they must be able to float pretty well with a waist of that size.

Im not saying that it is designed for pow or is best at it, but Im asking if it will hold up in pow and not ruin the fun

I say they'd be similar because aside from the waist they have the same dimensions, or am I wrong? and I know the pe's can hold their own pretty much anywhere.

my friend, alex balsen, rode them today for the first time, he said they were dope for butters and shit, and not too bad for all around skiing

i mean the fujatives are a good ski for the price but you guys are talkin them up like there the best fuckin ski this year

there are a whole lot of skis better then those for park

 
i just read another post about lenghts saying that the 179 is longer than a 180 dynastar... does this mean we should all ride 169 instead of 179 ?

 
Um, pep did not deisgn the graphics hahaha, schmies did I believe, and I think he was the person who came up with the idea and shit of the flex patterns. I think the demensions on the PEs seem sweet for powder, nice and wide but does the flex patern screw it up?
