So i'm all excited to finally find a store carrying the fujatives so i go in today talk to the guy and he tells me they suck... he says they are a flimsy ski that will break with no time at all. He recommended the trouble maker.. but does anyone agreee with him. Keep in mind i ski at mt. creek so i'm gunna stay in the park almost always

maybe hes the one that sucks... dick

but maybe hes rite.. very doubtful K2 has done good so far

i'm sure the fujative's don't suck. they are a park specific ski so they would probably be good for you. k2 isn't going to come out with a ski that's shitty. i haven't ridden them so i can't tell you from experience but i seriously doubt you will 'break them in no time'

The guy is probably trying to make the extra buck on commission. Really, neither ski should break on you, and Ive heard the Fujatives are awesome. If they break, doesnt K2 have a good warranty?

yea i was thinking that but i used to have the k2 enemy and i destroyed the side of it and i was afraid i would do the same to the fujative cause it looks the same... but they are selling them for 199 which is crazy and they are selling the troublemakers for 340 something so its a definate possiblity hes trying to get his money

The guy you were talking to is probably a stick chaser that likes to ski in spandex. K2 is a great company and Pep would not put his name on a ski that will break. The new Tanner Hall pro models are going to have similar flex patterns for presses and butters.

damn, 199 for the fujative. buy me a pair and ship them out here. thats cheap.

Titanya: But Duff Man, you said if I slept with you I wouldn't have to touch the drink!

Duff Man: Duff Man... says a lot of things! Oh, yeah!

I heard they are pretty bad, too. A few of my friends have interned with k2 and the guys that work their refer to them as a 'disposable ski.' I think they are just a cap ski (little tech, very very low end). Just remember that with everything you pay for what you get for. Go with 1080, lines, or scatches.

well if he told u that the troublemaker was the way to go he should shut up, 4 ppl used to have troublemakers at this hill, now there is only one persons who arent broken, maybe we got a default ship but from wut ive heard the TMs suck

Park specific means lighter, more flexible and flimsier.

I don't think thats how park skis should be. If anything, they should be beefier to handle all the hard landings and wipeouts that go on in a park. I havn't ridden them but they sound like the Skogans to me, which are absolutely the worst ski I've ever ridden.

I dont know how the fujatives ride, but the trouble makers sure ride nice. the fujative seams flimsy while the TM is more sturdy.

sony TRV 27 for sale. includes .6x wide angle lens, camera case, and all original accesories. PM me if your interested

the fugitives are a killer ski but the truoble makers i would prefer they are a bit heavier but they perform better in the park and pipe.

I have a pair of the fugatives and i like them, havent found anything yet to hate about 'em...but i've only had them for a couple weeks

dont hate the player hate the game!

The guy that said that they will break in no time at all, and that they are flimsy is full of shit as well with everyone that thinks they suck without riding them. I've been on mine since the middle of December and I love them the only complaint that I have is mine are delaming a little in the tail but I've but I have trashed them and I'm suprised they haven't broke. Don't be fooled by the price they are an awsome ski! maybe not as versitile as other skis but still skis great everywhere except heavy snow!

you guys gotta remember how much the fugatives are..299. I think they are pretty sick for that price. TM's are like $425

i broke public enemys in half in 4 days.

there's a reason its called snowboarding......it's snowing!!!

i love mine. they ride real nice, and yes they are a little flimsy but i like that. they have great pop. my buddy just got the trouble makers and he is destroying them, but it's still a sick ski. the fujative is cheaper, remember that.

fugative is the best ski I've ridden. If anything is disposable it's armadas I broke two pair this season already and so have all my friends with Armada's I've been skiing the Fugative more days than I did on the Armadas and they are still in great shape.

Some of you guys are straight retarded. Pep helped produce that ski specifically the way he liked with added input from Turpin and others who rode prototypes last summer. It is a cap ski because Pep wanted the cost low. Performance isn't sacraficed. What about Salomon, LINE, Volkl, HEAD, and Atomic just to name a few. Are these twin tips shit because they utilize cap construction? I wouldn't say that at all. He and others at K2 thought there needed to be a sick performing ski for way cheaper than what others offered. You are beating the shit out of it, why should you pay $600.00. We don't make much at all on Fujatives because they are priced so low. From a company standpoint, it is stupid because your profits are minimized, but it was really needed for skiing. You guys seriously need to try stuff out before you talk shit on it. I have been skiing on a pair since November and they are just fine. As for the issue of the Fujative appearing to be similar to the old Enemys you wrecked.....not true. The Fujative sidewalls are nearly 90 degrees, with the edge underneath. Check it out. the old Enemys were an all-mountain ski with a turned up tail, the idea of edge damage wasn't considered too heavily back in 1999 and the angled sidewalls reflect that. Again, educate yourself before making silly assumptions about skis. Everyone and there brother has an opinion on here and if you listened to all of them, your brain would rot.

I think that if you are getting the ski as your only ski it is a bad idea. All park, no bark. If I were you, and I was you a while ago, I would get the TM's or PE's. Both of these should be good for all mountain, especially when compared to the Fuj Packer. jk, I am only keeding.

Quote of the week:Yeah, thanks Jodi's mom, for the blowjob... I always give in when she busts out the Werther's Originals!

i have both the TM and Fujative. im in the park 99% of the time and the ski is sick. its good on raild and jumps. if you want a pipe ski go with the TM. the edges are weaker on that ski so if you are sliding rails its not good but it is better in the pipe.
