some fucking cunt showed her mom whos best friends with my mom my myspace for some reason and now my parents are all yelling at me and shit cause there was 'supposibly pics of me blowing smoke rings in our house' and drinking and stuff. I deleted it all quickyl but who does that?? if she were a guy id beat the shit outta her. things like that piss me off so much
 
I keep some stuff out. hahaa, but I mean, I have a video of my golf cart wheelie in there and my dad would flip if he saw it, lol. I leave my smoking and drinking out...
 
no it doesnt really matter. parents know i blaze sometime. im just saying thats fucked up someone would show their mom. stupid bitches...
 
i know someone who made his own senior superlatives and down talked everyone and it spread all over the school and now everyones pissed at him. i thought it was funny, maybe because i didnt get made fun of
 
its kind of your fault for having that on there in the first place. still was dumb of her though.
 
The only thing on my myspace is pictures of me skiing. And no blogs, because if I blogged I'd get fucked over real quickly.

in my city..their expelling kids from school for having "illegal/ inappropriate"pictures and comments on myspace
 
yea some girls had pics of them drinking on htere web shots and they were on sports teams and stuff and they got kicked off cause sports are a "privlege and not a right" so the school was able to do that, but with in a week everyone was back on them so it didnt matter
 
people over react about shit like how giving out your personal info is dangerous and how ppl are gonna come rape you. that is gay what she did tho
 
yeah, another school around here had a bunch of football players and cheerleaders thrown off the team because someone's myspace had pictures of them drinking at a party.

Yeah, if you get suspended from a public school for anything on you post on myspace and/or other webpages (aside from personal threats/bomb threats, etc) it is a HUGE violation of your first amendment rights.

I would tell any kids you know that have been suspended for this to file a lawsuit, some kid in Ohio recently settled for $30,000 because he was suspended over comments he posted on his website. I really hope schools get fucked over by this and learn, it's definitely very illegal.

this is true, but if you commented/edited it/created any of those comments in school or one school property, thats most likely violation of the schools internet policy and they can suspend you for the violation
 
thats so dumb that u put u smoking up on myspace.... go to college and go on facebook, at least its more protected so that only ur friends can view ur profile
