i cant fucking stand commercials that have loud ass music its the worst thing, and alot of them are longer than the video im trying to watch. if they all had no music it would make it soo much better i dont get why they need them anyways ns could make so much money to run the site off of stickers and hats if they would sell them.
 
Sadly this is by no means actually true in any way shape or form. Even at the absolute peak of branded merch sales, it never made up more than about 10% of our total revenue.

In terms of acutal operating profit too, it did comparatively far, far worse. We pay the bills around here with ads.

I think the video ads are awesome. Sure we're working on the balance, but its cool to have an all-skiing experience no?

 
i agree with you that all the commercials are ski based but it just gets annoying when like you hear the same little sound board over and over again for each video
 
I know... what can I say its a work in progress. : )

More and more companies are getting on board with the system, so we're starting to see the ads fluctuate more and more.

 
My only complaint is how loud they are, honestly though some of the ads have some pretty sick skiing like the Line and Smith ones
 
My only complaint on the video ads is that you can't change the volume, that's just not fair. Besides that I don't mind them.
 
I find line ads to be the least annoying, and thats probably entirely due to the fact that they are the shortest ones. they come and go its nbd. but when they get too long is when you really notice em. sometimes they even have good skiing in em too!
