So on februaruy 21 my truck was stolen out of my driveway buy some 22 year old faggot drifter kid who wanted a ride.so when they finally found my truck they said that they had to tow it so they could investigate and dust for prints and shit. After an "investigation'' that turned up nothing, no prints or anything and three days later i go down to the station to pick up my truck and they tell me that i have to pay a 225 dollar towing bill(the guy who towed it ripped me off) or i wont get my truck back. BUT then they hand me some papers for the victims of crimes board and tell me that they will pay fo rthe towing and impound fees.

so i fill out all the papers and shit and send it out, then today i get a thing in the mail saying they wont pay for it. Im fucking pissed. Somefucking doush bagsteals my truck and i have to pay for it. what the fuck. im gonna findout who it was, hunt him down and beat the fuck out of him. if anyone from the 518 knows anything tell me
 
That sucks bro. As far as saying fuck the legal system and government that might be a bit much but ya I know where you're comin from.
 
i have no idea the letter is a bunch of legal crap that you can't read unless your a lawyer, they said now i have to take the kid to small calims court to get the money from him, but the troopers wont tell me the kids name so i cant sue him. they caught the kid driving a caddy he stole from the dealer, but he isnt admitting to stealing mine or the other three crs he stole from my area each night. i know that they cant prove it for sure but still, why shold i be the one that has to pay?

i wish i had collision and it didnt come back so i could have made some money
 
not fuck the gov--- fucking gov. im just saying our gov is real messed up. the sheffirs who called me and told me to come get my truck didnt even know it was stolen untill i told them.
 
i am, but it probally wont go past the free stage because i dont wanna pay the layer more than im gonna get back

another thing that pisses me off is that the towing was 225 bucks, i called up two other places and they gave me quotes for 80 and 110 $, with flats beds. the guy ripped me off cuz he thought i had insurance that would pay him a jacked up cost, the whole time i was there paying him the money he was saying how he was being fair with me. i think he felt guilty that he was scamming me
 
gotcha, well that is pretty fucked. Doesn't really make sense, must have gone into their system as a regular impound and now its all fucked up or something. Good luck getting your money.
