Fucking freshmen

There is a freshmen at my school that I is getting 3 accounts of sexual harassment and has to be listed as a sex offender and he is 14….hahaha
 
i was going to say this isn't possible, but i guess so if he's having underaged sex/sex related activities. or he's an asshole
 
He was texting all the little girls in his class and in the 8th grade asking for pictures of them so he can jerk it and then he would send them pictures of himself blowing it all over. Then when the teacher asked him about it he denied it then the cops got involved and they took is phone and seen everything….

 
Haha, wtf. That's fucked. My step-brother just got slapped with a harassment claim and he's 14. Apparently he got this text message about some girl in his grade that said "Desiree is a herpes whore" and he forwarded it to like 50 people. One word. Retard.
 
do you have a newspaper article or TV clip you could send me so I can do an article summary for Government class?

What he did was really fucked up and he should be punished but I dont know if sex offender status is what he deserves. The girls were his age or a year younger its not like he was in college texting the 8th graders.
 
hahaha i have an even better story thats related to this:
ok so last year a couple freshman in my school (why is it always freshman???) put together a computer folder with every known naked picture that anyone in the school has ever had. now to understand why this is a big deal, you have to know that everyone in my school gets a laptop and almost all the the kids have little flash drives to transfer files to each other. now im sue you can guess what happened next.... a few days later probably over 3/4 of the kids in my school had this folder. it has become infamously know as the "baseball" folder, because that is what the kids named it. It contained over 100 pictures of girls either totally naked, topless, or ass shots. it was actually pretty nice to be honest... but thats not the point. the police and the school administration found it and after going through court and everything, the 4 kids were charged as having and distributing child pornography and will be labeled as sex offenders for the next few years and that title will be removed if they dont get arrested for anything else. (at least im pretty sure thats the deal). Theyre fuckin 14 or 15 man. its just fucked up. We had assemblies and lectures about child pornography and sexual harassment. it was nuts. the news came to our school and everything it was pretty serious.

There is this bitchy little freshman girl in my spanish 2 class and she yells at the teacher and tells everyone how she doesn't use protection.

I wish I could get her spayed or something just so she won't give birth to a bastard society will have to support.
 
haha, this one kid when i was a senior (he was a freshman that was 18 years old, no shit) and he knocked up two freshman and had a different girlfriend too (they were all gnarly trash obviously).
 
When I was a freshmen I sat next to a kid in math class who was a senior and taking the class for the 3rd time.
 
My school is really small so we dont need newpapers or t.v everyone know everything about everyone. But i can give you as much info. as i can....
 
there was something like this on cnn a few weeks back about a 14 yr old who had naked pictures of his girlfriend. the liberal of cnn called it sexting or something fucking stupid. well i guess the girls mom somehow found out and got the kid arrested. 20 years as a fucking sex offender, fucking stupid. i know when i was 14 i had some pics of girls, i couldn't imagine man. the kids parents main question why isn;'t the girl getting punished as well
 
there is a large bunch of pictures of freshman and other girls that have gone around my school, lots of people have a folder of this. It's probably not smart to have. but no ones gotten in trouble really...
 
i know. i read it. i mean im not sending them, nor was i the one that actually got them from the girls themselves. i mean i know its still "illegal" but you know... i will probably get rid of them, dont worry. technically porn is illegal if your under 18, never thought about that, did you?
 
Shit that sucks for the kid, labelled as a sex offender is so stupid, if this keeps happening people are going to take sex offenders lightly. This kid who had pics of girls his own age is lumped in with child molesters and rapist it's stupid. On the otherside we had a girl from around here took a picture of herself sent it to her bf, it got around and in the end she was charged with making and distributing child porn. Crazy shit.
 
theres a freshman at my school who got caught with a shit ton of pain pills and weed, among other things. Somehow he got off with not much punishment cause he said none of it was his. lucky fuck.

18 year old freshman in my school, and he failed this year so he is going to be a 19 year old freshman.

and yes he was black.
 
Do you go to Mount Rainier High School? Our school has been on the international news for two of my friends having sex in the middle of a party and everyone taking pictures and videos of it and sending it around. haha i wasnt there. Later that week i go up to crystal to go ride and while in the gondola talking to 6 strangers they asked where I go to school and I said Mount Rainier HS and everyone went silent. Winning!
 
i would appeal he is the same age as those bitches. don't act like none of you have gotten nudies from girls back in the day. i mean i did when i was in highschool of other highschool girls so yeah he isn't a sex offender. just a sprung 14 year old with a camera phone. i still get nudes but the girls are legal but still idk.
