So tonight my friends little brother and one of his friends have been arrested. Myself, 2 of my friends nearly got arrested ourselfs.

So it's about 9:00pm and we all have been skating in my friends driveway for about 30-45 minutes, before that we were all inside watching tv. Anyway, we are all having a good time until two squad cars come tearing into the driveway cornering us between them and the garage. One car shines it light on us, from the other jumps an officer with nightstick and flashlight in hand. They scream at us push our skateboards away, so we do.

So we all are saying shit like 'OK? What did we do?' The Cops have us all sit down and start taking names and checking ids. We are all thinking they were busting for skating, but that didn't make sense because we are skating my friends rail, in his yard. So after like ten minutes we still have no answers and another car pulls up.

Finally the cops says about 15 minutes ago some kids vandelized a house under construction. We ask where at and they tell us this location that is over a mile away. So we tell them how could we skateboard 1 mile in 5 minutes? And they told us to shut up an listen.

So apparently the third car that pulled up a minute ago was the guy who called in the report so one by one they have us stand up in the searchlight and the guy about 100 feet aways says if it was us or not he saw. He says that it was my friends little brother and his friend. That he saw, which is impossible b/c we have all been inside watching tv, and skating. So they tell us to go inside the house and wait until an officer comes back, but they throw my friends little brother and his friend in the back of car. They took them to station with no evidence, for something that makes no sense. So here we are, three guys waiting in the house for some cops to show up, while two 13 years old have been arrested on charges that make no sense. I don't know what to fucking say, because the kids mom isn't home and we are not allowed to leave.

i had a cop put me on the ground, cuff me, step on my head and put a gun to my back telling me to shut up while he read me my rights and put me in his car. he took me to the station and i was outta there in an hour. you know what all the unnesecsary(i cant spell its too late at night) roughness was for? a fucking bb gun!. i walked from my garage to my car and put my brothers bb gun in my car cuz i was taking him to a friends were they were gonna shoot. any ways a neighbor saw me with the gun. and they called the cops thinking it was a real gun(fuckin assholes) so im jus sittin outside on my porch waitin for my bro to come outside. this cop comes flying into my driveway and points a gun at me. i nearly shit myself i was like what the balls is going on. he told me to put my hands on the hood of my car so i did just that. he searched my car and pulled out the bb gun. after a quick inspection he put me on the ground like i said before and brought be to the station with the gun. he brought me all the way to the fucking station cuz he said he couldnt take a chance of it being a real gun, AFTER having inspected it and knowing full well it wasnt a real gun. and this all happenned in front of my brother and parents with no explanation from the cop to my family as to why i was being arrested. i was so pissed for an hour my parents probabaly thought their son was going to jail for who the fuck knows what. i was so anooyed at that, total waste of an hour. a little girl prob got hit by a drunk driver while he was arresting me that he couldve prevented. i told him that as i left and he fuckin spit at me. i hope he never sleeps another night in his life he was such a dicksmack, i hate cops forever now.

Well we all ended up going to the fucking police station and waiting until the kids mom got there. Once she got there, she just bitched at the cops for about 45 minutes and they finally let us leave at 1am because they had no evidence to hold us (like we had been saying since 9 o'clock). So I waisted 4 hours of my fucking life with these cocksuckers. These cops thought they were such hot shit, and were super pissed when the guy in charge sent us home. Fuckers only allowed me to get 4 hours of sleep before I had to go to work, because the cops in my town are all on powertrips. I'm just really pissed off We had to go through all this. I really can't describe how pissed off I actually am.

this one time, i met some kids in the park across the street around 1030. Then a cop came and parked his car there because he wanted us to leave, so we did. ONe kid drove his car and parked it in front of my house, and then the cop came by to ask us where we were going. We were on my front lawn, walking towards my house, where the fuck else would we be going?

When i got arrested the bike cop that found us rode his bike about a 1.5 miles so he could try and find us. He called off other cops because he 'knew the area well.' fuckin tool.

Sure it would suck a lot more for those guys, but this was retarded. There was no evidence, on a minimal crime. They just arrested the two kids because they were the only kids the cops could find. It was a waste of my time, my point is the cops in my town are fucking ignorant.

Well eventually the chief in charge at the station let us leave because they had no evidence to hold us. Which is a bunch of bullshit, because they didn't have enough evidence to arrest two 13 year olds in the first place. The rest of us weren't fucking arrested but they wanted us to come down to the station to talk, the only reason we went was because my friends brother and his friend were already there.

umm.. ya... I have worse stories.. but in this case, I'd say the police were correct. I mean, the witness identiofied those kids... REGARDLESS if it was tehm or not, the police were going by the book. After that, it sounds like they were jackasses though.
