so,
2 weeks ago, june 14th. i threw a grad party. about 70 kids showed. we were mostly inside the house, except for like 6-10 kids out on the deck smoking and shit. my neighbours knew i was having this shaker, and they were cool with it. but, someone still called the cops around midnight. this party was not out of hand, not out on the street, not that loud. cops come to the door, tell me to end the party, shit like that, usual bitch girl cop with a fat older cop. both were being total fucks and wernt letting people get back into my house and i admit i was being a prick to them. they say i would get a ticket in the next 3-4 days. i thought they were just bluffing. so the party is broken up, and they leave.
now tonight, (2 weeks after the party). im getting ready for bed, have to work early, its near 11pm. same bitch fuck cop shows up at my door, waking my dog up, who runs down barking, who wakes my family up. fucking slut. i answer the door, and she is standing there. i knew what she was here for. she gives me the ticket, and says "here you go, i hope it was worth it". i said. "thanks for waking my whole house up." and some other shit and totally bitched her out. i know she did that on purpose. fucking greechy cunt lapper cop.
so now, i have a $200 dollar ticket for a noise complaint, which i fucking steep i think, and i wasnt given a warning before i got the ticket, which im pretty sure i have to get a warning. they were 2 weeks late on giving me a ticket.
does anyone know if this is fightable? and if it is, any tips for me when i go fight it?
