Fucking 3s

It sounds like you need to work on your core a bit. If you're getting out of wack at all with spins or flips it's directly related to where your core is over your skis. Start by concentrating on where your belly button is over your skis. You will start to feel centered on all your airs, even when you're all corked out. This applys to all aspects of skiing. Knowing your core = better skiing. If you are in tune with your core, everything else will follow smoothly. If you get outta wack with your core, you'll get outta shape and a foot or hand will come out to counter balance it. Also, hitting bigger kickers that give you more hangtime will reduce hucking the trick too hard. Hucking too hard will get you outta wack as well. One more thing...vision is a huge part of sticking tricks. Don't get too caught up in the trick. Tunnel vision is bad. Try and open up your vision so you're aware of all the things around you. Once you start nailing it, you'll realize that you have all the time in the world to look around and enjoy the views while throwing down. It's neat.
