Fucked up cork 7s

I worked on my corks for like a year and got them, in my opinion, amazing. I got them great with mutes, japans, safeties, bow and arrows. Now when i try to cork 7 i do an ugly, barely off axis 720 that looks like garbage. I fly across the trampoline with an ugly grab, its out of control. How can I go back to my old method of doing it?

What I would do is start from the beginning. Work your way up to it as if you didn't know how to do it before. My guess is you fell or picked up a bad habit so now they're off. So to break the habit/ build confidence just work your way back up. I used to have to do this a lot in gymnastics.

Ya I started to notice it like a week ago but it wasn't so bad, now I can't even do it normally without failure

Yeah that used to happen to me all the time. And most of the time for me it was just mental shit. Idk how to cork 7 but if you could do it before you can do it again. You'll figure it out
 
I figured it out. I kept doing the progressions and then the cork 7 and 10 without a grab. Then i slowly worked back into it. Thanks
