Fucked up body?

you dont build up ligaments but you make them flexible and you build the muscles that protect them and make them flexible too
 
after my first day skiing of the winter my hold body hurts like fuck but the next day i still have to go skiing.,even if my hole body is sore. i must be hardcore.
 
If I walk around for awhile with a back pack on my back neck where the bump is hurts like fucking hell likes its a piercing pain and I usually have to sit down for half an hour before it goes away. I'm pretty sure its not cuz of skiing just my bad posture.

but a lot of the time when I'm skiing Ill wake up the next morning and my whole body will be sore but so far I haven't seriously hurt myself.
