Why does it matter what school you go to? To brag about what school you go to? To get accepted to a buisness where you can brag about where you work? Or make enough money to drive a car you can brag about? And have a wife that is so hot you can brag about her? Even though you hate her guts and wished you were with the Wendy's drive thru operator, in a cabin in the woods, working as a part-time bush pilot? I don't get it.... Happiness means more....

yea being happy is key to life but grow up a little. I see a few sensable posts in here but for the most part they seem like hs/college student rants about how they hate the system. How the man is keeping them down. But do what you like, none of my business. just think if you are doing it because you don't care about the future, or because you think it will help you.

 
It's a completely subjective argument.... indefinetly! But to me.... living in a little trailer down by a river up north, would be just fine by me....as long as I had an acoustic guitar and some good books....

I got some wicked news in the beginning of gr.12. For me it was simple finish high school, i found that as long as you do your homework and go to class its not that rough. Go to college for a couple of years and by then you'll still be early twenties and then you haev the rest of your life to ski. Why fuck around now and when you 25 crash huge and not be able to ski anymore and not have an education to fall back on. Next year for my 1st year at Uni I have 15 hrs of classes a week that still leaves TONS of time for skiing.

And Yes I have to agree that I wish I put a little more effort into high school and gotten better grades...

Procrstination is like masterbation... your only fucking yourself in the end...

Yeah, I slack alot, and Im not very high in schooling but I find that where I am I get a few points below the crazy students that do like 3 hours of work a night. I do 5 minutes maximum. My Average at the moment is 83% so not bad. I think you just need to get by. Education is bullshit, you just need it to get through it. However, being a wise, intelligetn individual is very important. That, in my opinion, cannot be found at school. I am much, much, much smarter, wiser, etc. than the top scoring people in my class, and when the time comes, I like to show it and stick it in their faces to make them realise that at this point in life, you only need to get through education, not excel in it.

ur only in junior high though right mikeE? those grades don't even count towatds anything. I'm one of those people who used to flip out over having a b, but junior high is just 'preparing' you for highschool. I recomend that you just do what you can to stay in the normal level classes and just have fun..as for hs, those grades actually count. Like for car insurance, if you dun have a good gpa, it's going to be really expensive. I dunno, I kinda care about my grades, but not to the point that I cry over a C. As long as I pass my classes, I think I'm in a good position. I dunno bout everybody else though.
