today i was bouncing on my tramp and got double bounced a few times and landed on my back. i was fine when i got off. but when i got in side it started to hurt pretty bad. its behind my left shoulder blade. feels really wired like the muscle is tight but it feels like something hard is in my muscle and hurts pretty bad to breathe. does anyone no what this could be. i can hardly even sit.

could be a rib, you should go see a doc and have them check you out, you'll get better, just remember with back problems you have to be patient and let it fully heal before you start doing things again, otherwise you may not recover as quickly

ive done the same but it was more lower back. just stayed off the tramp for a week or two and it went away. jsut a pulled muscle or pinched. nerver. or thats what it sounds like at least

ive done stuff like that twice on my tramp before.. the first time i couldnt jump on the ground or go on my tramp at all for at least a month and a half and the second time it lasted like a week..

but you probly have a worse condition so dont do anything that puts pressure on your back at all, i let it sit and eventually it got better on its own...

i thought i broke it though

yeah it happend 2 me two, i just stoped jumping on the trampoline and it got away, even if you dont feel it no more wait a couple of day after to make sure cause it comes back easily!

This sounds like a job for...

THE NS DOCTORRRRRRR!

Hahahaha, anyways, consider yourself lucky? Maybe, I don't know, but my friend snapped both his legs on a tramp right before school and can't ski this year. Suckssssss.

1) Go to doctor with mom

2) Completely over exaggerate all pain.

3) Get a perscription for t3's, Oxy, Percs, Hydros w/e

4) Go to school with pills

5)

6) profit.

dude he told me he's gonna ski this year. unbelievablely

and yeah like many others have been saying, it happens. i have a tramp and i hurt my back on it once. it just starts hurting all of a sudden out of nowhere. give a couple weeks, it should heal up. and definitely wait a couple extra days so you dont re-aggravate it
