all week theyve been saying snow for friday in new york. I'm watching the weather channel last night and they got snow in north carolina and we should be getting a few inches. So im like awesome i dont have school friday, so i can sesh in my yard or go ski somewhere. I wake up today and its fucking sunny with green grass, not a single fucking flake.

why does mother nature hate the east so much?
 
exactly the same here in CT. I knew the weatherpeople were going to be wrong, but a snow day is still sweet. Right now im sitting in the school library wasting a period on ns...

I live South of Buffalo.

Close to 3 feet has falling this past week alone. And a lot mroe could be coming tonite and tomorrow.

I hate the weather people too, I live in Maryland, and we don't normally get a lot of snow, but when we do, sometimes we get up to a foot at a time. So I was really pissed when all we got was ice, after a week of hyping up the amount of snowfall we were going to get. I will kill myself before I go to college in Maryland.
 
You guys acctualy get snow days? Where I live in northern Alberta we can get 4 feet in a night. But my school has had 2 snowdays in the 30 some years it has been open for. Only when the superintendant tells us to shut down,,,,,,, blah. o yah i got about 7 feet already this year, 2 melted. But nothing to session. The town has hills but no rails, a few of us "borrowed" a picknick table and a bike rack and shoveled for 2 days, then some kid on a gt tore up the jumps and tranies. blah

Lol. Just saw the high for tomorrow is only 7 degrees with -20 degree wind chills.

Fuck it's gonna be rough skiing in that cold tomorrow. But all the snow will make it worth it.
 
I got to -45 celcius plus wind chill earlier this season, back to average of -20 ish + windchill. people dont know what cold is unless you live in north. then you suck it up....heheh you musnt live that faraway from me....
 
good to hear east coast places have been getting snow. we've had over 23ft this season, but none for almost 3 weeks, spooky
