But seriously, i'm sick of people getting all hung up on that, it happened, it's over. They didn't win the superbowl, so it's not like anything really even came of cheating. Whats the point of an undefeated season if you don't win the final? And even though i'm from new england, i love that they didn't win. I'm a French soccer fan so everyone i knew gave me tons of shit in 06 when they lost the world cup, so having a team that everyone loves go undefeated until the most important game of the season made me so happy
 
Someone who is comparable would be Ben Roethlisberger. He led his team to 15-0 while he was a starting quarterback. But they lost to the Pats that year in the playoffs. Im not saying Ben is as good as Brady, im just saying he has achieved a lot of what Brady has. He also won a Super Bowl ring his second year as a starting quarterback. Ben has been very solid through the years but has been plagued by injury, if Ben is healty he is right up there with the other elite's in the NFL. imo

Not to take anything away from Brady he's a good player.

because last time i checked the pats also got wes welker and dante stallworth for the 07 season, not just randy moss. and how were randy moss's numbers when he was in oakland, or even in minnesota? not even close to 07, because bradys just an extremely talented quarterback. and as for whether or not he's an all time great? uh 3 super bowl rings, 2 super bowl mvps, a league mvp, the record number of season touchdowns, and the best regular season record of all time? i think that says enough.
 
Yeah he is top 3 in the AFC for sure and top 5 in the league i think. Some other good ones are Eli (when he shows up); Kerry Collins (amazed how good he is this year); and Matt Ryan (very very good rookie)

But a huge let down was Brady Quinn, had 2 decent to bad games, and then his season is over. And I'm a Steelers fan and I actually feel bad for how bad their franchise is.... and if anyone remembers correctly my prediction is comming true I said it would be a miracle if the Browns had a winning season, said that after they beat the Giants. I am a Giants fan also (dads side of the family) and I knew it was a fluke.
 
dude, eli is very average, you'll see now that plax is gone. Kerry collins manages the game, doesn't do anything special. Matt Ryan is the only one deserving of being a top qb for what he did in atlanta and how fast he matured into a starting nfl quarterback, but its till too early to say.

what about peyton, brees and kurt warner? All way better than the guys you listed
 
yeah because randy moss owes all his success to a former backup to the dolphins and donte stallworth, im pretty sure its quite the other way around. Moss put up great numbers in Minnesota, not quite as many touchdowns, but greater or equal yards. He also put up a 1,000 yard season in the sorry excuse for a football organization in Oakland. I don't care if its jerry rice, or a highschool wr the line up accross from him, he makes qbs and players around him look better.
 
Yeah all of them are very good I just didnt think of them, I was just giving my 2 cents on who I think is playing good lately.
