so i order my jacket and pants in fucking AUGUST so i can fucking wear it skiing right when i need it. Ok, i find out its gonna be a little longer than expected via the saga website and such. No problem. Come december 10th i get a teensy bit pissed the fuck off, so i call, email, do everything to contact them. now they have no record of my order and they will not respond to my emails. Real fucking great
 
it actually does. i know that you guys can literally do nothing but a little venting never hurt anyone
 
not true. when i ordered boardshorts, i was getting worried where they were. i called saga, didnt leave a message. they called me back the next day and said if my shorts dont come within the next few days they will send me a free pair.
 
i think that was because they didn't have such a huge number of orders to ship out. I can guarantee saga is still rushing to get everyone's stuff as fast as they can. Instead of answering phones and emails, they're packaging and shipping stuff.
 
same with me, regarding products outside of outerwear at least. but it seems that all smaller companies are pretty behind with it
 
Well, from my experience, I called and emailed them and it took them 5 days to get back to me. Might of been just bad luck?
 
before they started getting busy, they would always reply to my email. i really love thier shit though, so i can't worry about. i bet some people want to go to saga
 
1. Did you save the email you got which had your order number and such2. If you didn't your an idiot and its your own fault, don't just expect their computer systems to be perfect, nothing is.3. Its not their fault that shit got back ordered, I am sure they are even more pissed then you are about it considering it is hurting them as a company, and its something they have little control over.4. If your really that ticked off, don't purchase from them again and go buy quality well fitting well designed gear elsewhere.5. I am not a saga fanboy, however I understand how companies work and the fact that their lives have been made much harder then yours because of whats going on.
PS. If you did number one and forwarded them the email and everything was PAID for and they did nothing. Then yes they do suck cock.

especially every fucking year i buy new outerwear about every 2-3 seasons depending on how it holds up
 
Ordering your stuff in August doesnt make it get produced, or shipped faster. Everyone had the same estimated shipping date.

And like said before, it happens every year.
 
it got really confusing. checked with visa and american express but they dont have records either. i do realize i am at fault here, but im not mad because of this, im just mad they never responded or helped at all in this process. if they told me they never got the payment it wouldve been much easier. i should re phrase the title to be fuck you saga customer service
 
so basically you fail at ordering online and are taking it out on Saga. You should of known something was up when you did not get any kind of confirmations and followed up then rather then wait 'till their busiest season to start bitching. They have more important people to take care of, like those who actually ordered their gear.

I don't get why everyone pre-orders suits from these smaller companies. I'm all about supporting the little guys, especially when their stuff looks dope, but if i'm buying anything ski related, I want to see that it is available and order it. Then it ships the next day. no worrying about these problems. Pre orders are a shit way to buy something, and if it doesn't fit and you need to exchange it for another size, you are shit outta luck because they never have anything in stock.
 
got my saga hoodie and face tube/ tuke set, only took like 2 weeks, too sick oh plus my level one hoody and collab shirt, OH BABY bring on the skiing
