So about a month and a half ago i requested a repair for my xbox that got the e74 error, but I am still under warranty. After a week of me emailing them they tell me that the order got fucked up so now I have to start an entire new deal to send in my xbox....except now my fucking warranty has passed and i have to pay $100 to replace this shit.

AND SO the contest goes; whoever can write the most persuasive or angry email to Microsoft or whoever i need to contact will win. It doesn't have to be long...just get the point across in an intelligent fashion

PS. Don't go over the top or they will disregard the entire email...i just want them to understand how bad their services are and something like buying a PS3 instead....the possibilities are endless.

Call them, don't e-mail them, and keep requesting to speak to their supervisor because you want to put in a good word for how much they helped you. Get really high up (my personal best is 4 levels, my brother got 8 levels once, lucky bastard), then when you are really high up tell them the issue. If they don't do anything, then at least you have a new game to play.

A good line my brother used was when they told him they'd send him a box for his xbox to return, he said, I killed my dog by throwing my xbox at him when it broke, I want some compensation. The guy from xbox told him he'd send him a box for the dog too, and see what he could do.
 
I can't tell if this is sarcastic or not. I'm going to retract my offer just in case.

regardless of whether or not the coupons work, i'm still sending email and/or calling the company because, simply put...they fucked me, and they need to be notified
