My whole family has verizon phones and they all just froze up at the exact same time and stayed frozen for about 2 days. My sister lost all of her contacts and pics and everything. Verizon has to be the worst phone company ever they always drop calls and the service sucks. what company should i switch to
 
same thing happened to me. but i sent my phone back since it was new like not even a week old and they sent me a new one. but the service at least where i am sucks, i don't know why i signed up for another 2 year contract, im gonna switch to t-mobile. such a better deal
 
whoaaah eaaasy now haha, my phone works great, i update it often by pressing like star something or other because they are always adding more towers(maybe thats your dropped call problem) and maybe you should pay your bill so they dont freeze hahaha jk.
 
I dont know if you have unicell where you are but thats a good one, also nextel ihear is good because of the whole wlkie talkie thing, it makes it so you almost always have service.
 
shit i have t-mobile and am beging to switch to verizon, all my freinds have it and i am yet to find a good place with exelent signali cant even camm people from my house as soon as that 2 year contract is up im switching!

and i love verizon! i've never had problems with them. yet it seems with cell phone companies, everyone has their own issues with every company out there. maybe i'm just lucky.
 
i have had verizon for 2 years and ive never had a problem..all my friends have it too so i can talk to them as long as i want for free.cant get any better then free
 
I have verison. I've never had a problem with it. My sister's phone stopped working and we took it to verison store, they gave her a new phone and got all the contacts on her new phone.
 
verizon is so gay, cingular has better service, more people on it, and WAY better phones coming out. im switching to cingular when my 2yr is up.
 
They're coverage is really good, i just wish they would run on SIM cards like everyone else. It would make things alot easier.
 
Well first of all, im sure the phones FREEZING would be the phones fault no the service provider. And also, i happen to think verizon is the shit. I dunno about other places but about 90% of the people in bozeman have it so its real nice.
 
Before someone says OMG SIM CARDS ARE FOR GSM NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOB, there are things called an R-UIM card which is pretty much the exact same thing, but for CDMA services.

yeah i agree with this.

the only disagreement i have with verizon is when my phone broke was around the time the text message price went up to 10 dollars and i was forced to switch when i activated my new phone
