Almost 50 mm of rain in the past two days.... Weve only had around 15 cm of snow this year too.. Glad to say this is my last season in the east and im NEVER visiting again...

i guess i should be happy, wv had a huge dump from early christmas to mid january. skied 30 inches for a long time, with no school. i wish it would have atleast turned into a base c'mon :(
 
seriously, fuck the east. i'm so sick of getting all my hopes up for a great winter and then having this happen. theres like 40% snow coverage right now. i wouldn't be suprised if they closed my local hill. its a sad day in central new york
 
Been raining for the past two days straight up here in Ontario. If it was cold enough we would be getting soooo much snow right now.
 
Lucky, my resort only got 83 inches in the last 7 days and its snowing today and tomorow. Skiing Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Claim)
 
yay! are rain just turned to snow. 1-3 tomarrow, 1-3 tmarrow night. and snow for the rest of the week! its turning around.

and dont grieve over the amount if snow. im sure most of you have a sick park to ski at. ours...not so much. 2 boxes 1 rail 3 jumps. tiny jumps
 
im leaving for vail on saturday. hopefully when i get back theres still some snow left. FUCK PA

it started raining friday night, and didnt stop until some time sunday morning. it sucked.

however now its snowing!
 
today was a miserable day.

unless something miraculous happens, mount snow is gonna struggle to host the dew tour. the jump line was small yesterday, before the rain.

no worries every year around this time the East coast's weather turns bad. We end up getting rain and warm weather and we have snow loss. I was looking at the weather report for West Dover, and it is going to get cold and snow this week. As long as the base is okay, then there is nothing to worry about. Natural snow melts a lot fast then man made. I am guessing it is going to be super icey this weekend but aren't we all used to that living on the East coast and all?

It sucks watching snow melt though.

 
You know I'm as proud to be from the east as anyone, but this is really making my reconsider reppin my "ski the east" sticker when we cant even fucking ski in the east in January!

I say we all move west and take it over so we don't have to deal with this shitty weather.
 
i hate it here so much last week i fixed all my rail take offs and they were perfect and a built a 10-15 foot kicker in my backyard! there goes my nights of hard work FUCK YOU EAST COAST
 
Got about 7 feet plus in the past week. Loving this powder. Stroms predicted all this weej and some into next week. record storm for cali lasting 3 weeks.
 
i think it seems pretty logical to be upset when you wait all spring, summer, and fall for the winter and it POURS in the middle of it.
