Your wrong about progression coming from copying snowboarders. We'd be making the same mistake that snowboarders made by insisting on copying skateboarders. Snowboarding stunted its growth by insisting that all tricks be reducible to skateboard tricks. Skiing will stunt its growth by insisting that no tricks be reducible to rollerblade tricks. Do you really want to give up the zero spin?

ok first of all ID like to say I thought tanners run was better to get that out of the way. Next, backslides are NOT easy. Maybe on a box or a wide rail. But if you think that a backslide down a 30 set circle handrail stomped clean and smooth would not be sick, then I dont know what to say. Respect progression or skiing will go nowhere. Variety is what we want.
