I THINK THAT THE 1 FOOTER WAS A DISGRACE TO FREESKIING AND A BIG STEP FOR AGGRESSIVE INLINE. THE 1 FOOTED GRIND WAS SO GAY THAT IT SHOULDV LOWERED HIS AVERAGE.

THE ONLY DECIDING FACTOR FOR TANNER AND GAGNIER WAS THAT STUPID 1 FOOTER AND THE 1 FOOTER WON.

THIS SHIT WAS ON TV AND WAS A SERIOUS STEP BACK FOR OUR KIND OF SKIING

They are so f%#kin gay. I am not a big fan of any skiers that have rollerblade steeze (Chrighton, gangaiy, and all the other east coast niggers.) In other words one footed fishbrains are for faggots.

Ok i say true the one footer isnt as good as 450 on 270 off but as far as lowering his score no it shouldnt and he easily still one that was one feature. Gagnier went bigger, smoother and held his grab longer on every hit!! Not to mention he stomped his 1080. Tan the Man had to put down his hand. His run clearly didnt look as good as Charles and if u ask me didnt even deserve the 91 it got!!

Pete is currently sulking around Mt. Hood, shooting with Poor Boyz Productions and hitting on Kristi Leskinen. She hates guys, Pete lamented, so it’s not going good. Apparently Canada isn’t the only thing that’s tough for Pete to get into.

no fuck that. tanners run was so much better. and lots of people can do one footed grinds. gagniers run was ill, but it was a 3rd place one.

i dunno...i think gagnier is super sick..but i personally do think that tanners run was better...his last 1080 was even more stylie than gagniers, just a hand down on the landing

i think gagnier deserved to win. dont get me wrong, tanners run was amazing, but gagnier didnt even flinth on a couple of the landings, not to mention not touching the ground, nor hitting the knuckle.

as for one foot slides, i think theyre sick, and theyre especially hard to do

tanner lipslid the down rail. gagnier backslid it.

tanner did a 450 on 270 out. gagnier did a switch 270 on.

i'd call it even at that point.

from then on, gagnier went switch into pretty much everything, and killed it. he deserved the gold medal.

oh, and yeah. lets ban all 1 footers, and forget that we can use both skis individually, ok? and nobody is allowed to skate into jumps or rails. too inline. safety grabs? inliners can do that too, so thats a nono. oh, and while we're at it, lets bomb d-structure and hack their website, because they sell inline gear. down with all rollerblading/ski manufacturers, like salomon and K2, who help pay for events like these, and sponsor all of our movies. lets rape DC, and iannick, and eat their babies, because their one footers are 'just too gay' for skiing.

i have a better idea. lets not buy ninthward.

Tanner would have won if he wouldn't have put his hand down but thats off topic.

I do think that a 450 on, 270 off is much more impressive especcailly because i can do one foot lipyes, i've done it don't flame me but i cant do a 450 onto a rail or was it more a box?

if you faggots want proggresion put you skis really close together and do overcrooks and nosecrooks and such. NOT A FUCKING BACKSLIDE. I USED TO ROLL AND I KNOW JUST HOW GAY IT REALLY IS. IF PROGGRESION ON RAILS WILL COME FROM ANY OTHER SPORT ITS SNOWBOARDING.

a back lip looks a lot better than a one-footer, but the one-footer is harder, especially going downhill. 450 270 out is harder than switch 270. switch 270s are the backflip of rail tricks. you can see the rail all the way around. 450 youre blind. i didnt really pay attention to the grabs, number of rotations, or variations of their jumps, but i liked tanners run more than charles'.

it seems like this stage of life for a lot of people around our age is like when you are playing a video game and you beat the Final Boss, only to find out that was just a decoy Final Boss and the real Final Boss is about 50x harder. and on top of that, you used all your special tricks to beat the Decoy, and you are also low on life. and you have a crappy third party controller.
 
olssons first run should have beaten them both as far as im concerned, but gangier had a great second run, weather you like the one footer or not.

As for all this junk, I preferred the lipslide, personally, but that's just my opinion. I was also disappointed that there was no Pep, because his rail steeze is always worth watching, and probably would have shifted the weight of the judging from the 1080 fest at the bottom to a broader overview of the course... But just to contradict myself on that point, I actually thought Jon's run was best. He just flows... everything smooth, every landing perfect, especially the last hit.

Yeah I really think Jon got jipped, all his tricks were just so pretty and in control, tanner looked a little huckish and gangier did well but I think he shoulda taken a 2nd place to Jon

'IT IS A SKIER TAKING ADVANTAGE OF WACK JUDGING' that is the whole idea of a comp. throw what you think the judges want to see. the judges thought that gagniers run was better. as for the 1 footer, they arent for everybody, i definately dont want to see every kid on the hill using it, but for how good gagnier makes it look, i think it was better than tanners lipslide. gagniers jumps were pretty much flawless, as were tanners except for the last hit, so he gangier won. i think the judging was right on.

 
Why is everyone jocking Tanner and blindly ignoring the fact that the landing on his 10 was sketchy?

I don't think its the 1 footer that won it for Gag, it was the smoothness of all his spins and landings.
