my rant on day1 day 2 skoolsfor those of u who dont no wat im tlaking aobut most high skools have 4 subjects for half the year and 4 the other half instead we have 4 1 day 4 the next all year witch means at the end of the year all the teachers start giving final tests and projects strating last monday i ahve been assigned a final project for all 8 of my classes have had or am having a test in 5 of them adn on top of that a science and a math full hyear exam in 2 weeks and besides the 2 exams all this has to be done by this friday and some only got asigned today so going into the weekend i ahd 3 projects so i figured id procrastinate a bit and finish them late but today i get assigned 4 more and am getting another one tomorrow so i ahve a week to do 8 major projects the least one being 15% of r mark

but at my school we technicaly have 2 9ish days left, but the teachers all know we dont want to come cause its nice out. So the class's are either held outside or we just all dont show. Its pretty great

do you want a cookie? I'll bet your a freshman and are just learning what finals are. well get overyourself, because every high schooll has them and all schools load you up with work at the end of the year. its just something you have to deal with

i dont really unerstand finals and huge end of the year pojects. why should the end of the year be any different than the rest of it? also, by giving all if these finals and projects, they have to stop teaching you new material, which is pointless. it seems like it would be much more useful and productive if teachers would just treat the end of the year like normal, instead of giving tons of finals and projects.

that's just my take on it, and i know that there is probably a perfectly reasonable reason why teachers do it. i just can't see it right now.
