This weekend a buddy of mine had a party. It got busted by the cops, we all got caught. A couple kids in handcuffs, etc., but no big deal. We're all 18 or 19, so all underage as far as drinking. Anyway, had court today, I had to pay 400 bucks, plus probation for a year, and 8 hrs community service. My buddy on the other hand, along with another kid, got caught drinking once before a couple of years ago, and we pretty much thought that they would have to pay a bunch of money and a lot of community service. Turns out, the dick judge sends them both to jail, yes that's right, legit jail, for 10 days. The most bullshit extreme punishment, though i don't have much experience with this--is this normal, jail time for a second offense? He's as good as a kid can be from my town too, good student, soccer player, never troublesome, and he's small too, so he might get his ass beat in jail. At least he'll probably room with the other kid, whose pretty big and is a fighter. Fuck, the reason to fuck Papa John's? The kids ordered a pizza to the house, and it was the asshole delivery guy that decided it was his job and duty to call the cops, as well as deliver pizzas. Now my friend's in an orange jumpsuit cause of that fuck.
 
You seriously got owned by that fucker. Not only was he delivering Papa John's $17 per pizza BULLSHIT RIPOFF food but he also called the cops on you.

Sorry to hear it, I almost got smoked because of a pizza delivery once... but it was domino's and only because a neighbor wondered who was pulling in my driveway at 2am when my parents were out of town.

Your friend's ass will be fine because the prison he goes to won't be like that. They aren't going to send him into a prison with the most hardened criminals for just a 10 day sentence. His life, on the other hand, truely is fucked as far as getting jobs goes. Yeah I say you find out where that douchebag lives and fuck his life up as well.
 
Now why THE FUCK would they put kids in jail who are only 2 years under age INTO JAIL. LIKE FUCK, THAT FUCKING PISSES ME OFF. I would seriosuly slap that judge. THat is dumb shit. YOu can legally drink in two years, which is no time. That is fucking stupid. And, if you look at where i live, you can drink legaly at age 18. So why IN THE FUCK would they WASTE MONEY on punishing kids for NO REASON!!! IT'S FUCKING POINTLESS!!! PERIOD.
 
that sucks, thats so stupid of the papa john guy to call the cops its none of his buisness. but as for the other kids that got put in jail its because of probation.
 
wow thats soo harsh , cops around here dont give a shit if you drink underage as long as your not causing trouble or being really stupid in public. and if you are even causing trouble they either fine you or send you home to your parents and give them the story.
 
the way it sounds your friend got a crapy sentence, but it wont be in a super max or anything so he will be fine. The 10 days will be done and then they are free to go

It depends on where you live and how strict a judge is but yeah you can go to jail on your second offence. I get a 5 day stint for my 2nd time caught with weed. It sucks and is pretty boring but it's jail not a pound you in the ass prison.
 
you guys should just move to canada- drinking age is 19 everywhere and only 18 in quebec! and theres no buster asss papa johns!
