Wow, I got home from Quantum of Solace and turned on my Xbox 360. My brother played like 2 minutes of Amped 3 and the thing froze. We turned off the machine and tried again, it froze immediately. Then, we cleaned off the disk and drive, what do you know? it froze instantly again. So, I go to turn it on once more and what do I get? the infamous ring of death. grrrrr

and, the warranty is expired and it'll cost mucho dinero to get fixed/repaired.

should i go to microsoft and whine or what?

im in the same boat. from what i hear is either way if you go with sending it to microsoft it will cost you a good amount

yeah ours does stupid shit randomly too. before you do anything just try it some more, ours fixed itself for a while

you can buy just the system off ebay for pretty cheap. No cords or anything.
