its a good movie dumont has a sick segment as well as travis redd. its not bermans fault the video isnt out yet the people in ny fucked up and had to redo the dvd and you should see it in a couple weeks and josh is in the hospital with spinal menonjitis and pnemaunia so hang in there bud you will get your dvd and you wont be disapointed

Not soon enough unfortunately. Its been done for almost a month, and should have shipped this past monday, but the company thats in charge of authoring the DVD has been fucking up all over the place, and it will probably be another two weeks before we're shipping.

today is two weeks to the day that i received the first copies of the raw material for the dvd. and since you guys know so much about what you're talkin about, you probably know that i was still receiving re-dubs of material on monday afternoon because of errors in the original verions that were sent to me.

maybe if i wasn't so 'unprofessional' about it i could have finished it sooner. i mean, instead of working on it all night 4 out of the past 6 days, i could have just been professional and worked on it 9-5 and had it be even longer until i was done. or instead of 'fucking up and redoing the dvd' i could have just sent out a version that had frame drops and audio problems. instead be happy that in a couple weeks you'll be getting a dope ass DVD that has been checked & rechecked multiple times by both myself and the folks over at Level1 and is up to the highest possible quality standards that we could achieve.

did i have problems on my end? yeah sure, but nothing that was so out of hand that it didn't take more than a couple days to correct.

last year i spent 3 weeks perfecting the Forward dvd, so instead of talking shit about my company maybe you should thank me for getting it out a week quicker this year.

the few people who are pissed about this, i HIGHLY reccomend that you try to go out and master a professional quality dvd...its a very time intensive process, more then even editing

since neil didnt edit it, he obviously recieves all the raw materials on some form factor (dvd/beta/whatever)

you have to create menus, im sure neil hid some great stuff in the dvd like last year, you have to check and recheck the mpeg2 transfer for audio/video/bitrate, you have to create the motion menus, add in buttons, link the project, burn it, test it, go back and fix the errors, watch it all again, test and retest

it easily took me over 2 weeks of solid work to insure that the dvds that WE sent out were the best possible/bug free dvds possible...id MUCH rather have a dvd thats gonna work perfect, and not a recall dvd (ala Plehouse, but that was VAS' issue, not Plehouse)

everythings running late this year, only flick out is Plehouse/Theory-3/Us
