Shit, I can't land forward if my life depended on it. So I'm going to stop landing forward and stick with switch. Landing switch is the way to go, who's with me?

well for me it's easier to land switch than it is to take off switch, but i can land forwards i dunno what ur problem is lol.

I kind of agree although it depends what you're landing on. I land backseat when I land forwards a lot. I used to more but I'm getting better. I lot of the time I'll skip cork 7 and go straight to 9 cause I think it's easier

do both. taking off switch makes you look like a badass and landing switch is better for you. its a win win

i actually kind of agree. whenever i land straight, unless its perfect, my upper body feels like it over rotates and i feel like i might fall, but i dont have that problem landing switch. but i cant spin switch very well yet, only 3s, so i cant really stop landing regular, 7s are too fun.

i learned to land switch before i had twin tips. THAT hurt. For some reason it seemed like a good idea when i was 12.

hah, any box or rail that I hit, I always end up coming off switch, no matter if I try or not, its just out of habit.

yea that makes sense i guess, i was just thinking that ur knees bend better when u land normal taking away a fair bit of stress on the joints.

I don't see how you can manage to fail landing forward... switch landings are dope though, and way easier for me than switch take offs.

hell yea, i agree totally...i fucking hate landing forward. i straight up don't do three's, and 7's are on occasion only, same w/ cab 5's. anything landing fakie is the shit

I dont have a problem with landing regular but i dont' throw anything like that off of big jumps, but I can see where it gets you. But wasn't simon's back hurting him at x because he was doing all kinds of switch landings?

dude fuck landing regular, its so beat. i havent done a 3 in over two years and the only reason i do 7s is because well, they are 7s

switch = fun and good and agreed it results in less pain. On every fall that i have had that is bad it was on a regular landing trick. when i land switch poorly i generally pull it out pretty easily so i agree that switch is better to land. Isnt that what TJ said about the switch 14? he said afterwords he was doing a switch 12 but didnt wanna land forwards i believe. Thats the way to do it.

if you mean on rails and boxes, i used to never be able to come off forward. I would try and try, and always come switch off. And then one day i got so fed up i just did it until i started coming off forward. i didnt turn as much, kept my shoulders more square to the rail and what not. and now i cant actually CHOOSE which way i want to come off. But on jumps, god i hope ur not talking about jumps because i dont understand that.

yeah i love landing switch, it just feels so much smoother and gets the adrenaline pumpin a whole lot more
