Sending someone a 100 PMs doesen't change anything, all it does is when you click the name of the person, the window will be really long all the messages are in the same window... there isn't the name of the person who sent you a message written 100 times. So when the guy sees one hundred messages, he probably just refreshes so that the name dissapears.
