Will burn to the ground. I just got refucked on my second cell phone with them. The screen is not working properly so i bring it to the store, they say they're going to send it in and it will be fixed, i receive a call a week later AFTER its been sent in saying I will need to pay 107.23 $ to fix it or 25$ just for being sent it. I HATE this corporation. AVOID BELL CANADA THEY WILL FUCK YOU. They hire fucking retards who do not know the difference between their ass and their elbow...im so fucking pissed right now.

wtv most of you are american so i guess it's the equivalent of AT&T which is a fucking piece of shit also
 
i have at&t and my screen turned white one day, so we called them and they delivered us a new phone and sent us a prepayed box to send the broken one back. it was still under the warranty, so i got the new phone for free and it took less than a week to arrive after i called them. plus i get service everywhere. i was in southern rhode island, where nobody had bars and i had 4.
 
I actually like at&t a lot. I had the same situation as above and they took care of it for free within a week. I get better service than almost everyone too. Definitly not a bad company.

Bell Canada sounds like a punch of pricks though from what you described. You should call em up and file some customer service complaint.

seriously they suck

they cut my home phone for a weekend last year because we didn't pay for internet that they never installed

im on bell and they charged me for going over my "unlimited" mobile browser. turns out unlimited doesnt actually mean unlimited. those greechy fuckers.

ya she does but shes nowhere near any customer service and she thinks the companys going down the drain quick
 
sure sounds like bell to me. i used to be with them.... i bought a treo 600 with them, and they end up charging me $937.13 for data usage. we look at our statements and it says that i downloaded all this crap from my phone atlike 4 in the morning, which i didnt. so they claim theyll take me to court, even though i didnt do anthing wrong and the phone fucked up. anyways, (not to claim), but my uncle is treasurer of Bell so he took care of it, but if it wsnt for him, i would have had to pay a fucking grand for nothing. Loveeeeeee bell.

im now with Telus and i must say, it was a beautiful switch
