its not illegal to own a sticker, maby if that is a fake on but if its real i think he can do whatever he wants with it
 
this is not true, when i was at windells a kid bought a jiberish sticker from Tammy Walnutz. So its definetly not illegal to own one, but definitely illegal to sell
 
a real one is made by the company and given out to their athletes.

a fake one is made by random people with a diecutting machine, etc.
 
No it's not on their web page it says you may use for personal uses only. So if it's fake you can keep it. It's just illegal to sell it.
 
lol at all people claiming its illegal to sell a jiberish sticker. It is illegal to produce and sell your own jiberish stickers, but not resell one. Thats like claiming its illegal to sell an ignant because it has a jiberish logo. Sell yo jiberish sticker man.

Its illegal to resell a fake one. Its protected under a copyright.

And it would be more like selling a fake ignant. It doesent really matter if he made it or not. Plus if drago saw it you would be at the bottom of a river pretty quick.
 
anyone can make stickers if they own a diecut...if you've ever heard of magical go-go the guy makes all of their diecuts out of his basement at his home along with all the wax. I asked him for a few giant ones becuase they don't sell them, and he told me if he found them anywhere on the internet he'd cut my nuts off....so don't sell the sticker.

You could just go out and drop a few hundred and you can be makign all the stickers you have always wanted. A lot of pros sell their team stickers because they are broke and can't even afford gas to get to the mountain. Hence how you see all of the overised volcom stone die cuts anywhere.

Why does everyone freak the fuck out over Jiberish. He can do whatever the fuck he wants with the sticker. Its his, he owns it, therefore its his intention to do what he wills. Stop being Pro hoes and wear what pros wear. Do what you love to do. Its getting rediculous.
 
i normally agree with this kind of statement except it is illegal to sell/trade jiberish stickers it even says so on their website so.....
 
its A gay fucking sticker, that represents a company with low quality products the over price their shit, its not illegal
