Ive tried searching and cant find any answers so here we go

Im taking apart my 12' booters ( spiderman boots) to dye them. I have everything apart except for the main part of the shell and the rear cuff. The problem is the rear cuff seems to be permanently in place. Only one of the cant disks is adjustable and the other side is just a rivet holding the cuff onto the shell. Does anyone know if i can remove the rear cuff from the shell? Any help super +K!!

If the cuff is riveted, you are honestly stuck with it like that. You can drill it out but will potentially damage the cuff and shell in the process if the rivet spins and melts/damages the recessed area for the rivet. But if you successfully remove the rivet without damaging the shell, you still don't have a rivet to replace it with nor a rivet press. Don't do this, it will cause far more headache and frustration (and potentially ruin your boot).
