erm pretty sure they dont but whatever. I dont see why they would pay gortex for the name when they already have a name big enough to sell just about anything.
probably second quality from marshals, as far as waterproof/breathibility... it's down so lots of warmth not so much waterproof. if its wet outside it's probably to warm to have this one on
