he can ask for $275 for those pants. if you think its a flip, don't buy them, and trash his thread. if you think he's legit and want the pants, buy them. if you think its a flip but don't care and are pissed you missed them on Tramdock but still want the pants, buy them.
it's really that simple.
people trashing the thread and calling him a flipper, you've potentially got a good point. if he is flipping, it goes against the general ethos promoted on NS.com and isn't the type of do-gooding that we'd hope would happen. however, the world/internet is not a perfect, inherently moral place. petition the mods to delete the thread or ban this guy. in the meantime, somebody who has $275 can decide on his/her own whether or not a pair of XL yellow oakley pants is worth their money, regardless of where they came from.

what does it matter where i got the pants from and how much i paid for them. i could have paid for them 130 or 375 or even got them for free but so what i am selling them for$275 if you don't want to pay 275 then don't buy them and stop complaining. I'm sure someone is interested in them. If you think the price is high, give me an offer on how much you are willing to pay for them

These pants were on tramdock yesterday. No WAY he would have them from there just yet.....
So if they are already in his possession, he is not flipping. Just sort of getting fucked by tramdock having the same pant for sale for 1/2 his price....
If he wants to take a photos of the pants with a newspaper or something with today's date, he would more than be cleared for flipping....

Okay, well since he is busted, or seemingly, I have something to share. I am not out for karma and all that crap, but I did feel like hooking up some NSers as I do buy and sell a bunch of stuff here and always try to hook it up. Soooo, I bought myself a pair and an extra medium, large and XL. No really. They were $140 a piece shipped. So with you paying for shipping and covering Paypal fees, I am asking $155 for each. First come first served, and don't worry I will make a thread with pictures when they arrive.
