FS Nikon D200 w/grip

Hey kids, so it's come time to let my much loved D200 go. I am buying a D3 tomorrow and don't have a need for three bodies.
I keep my gear in perfect condition, I've never dropped it, I keep glass or a cap on it at all time and it preforms flawlessly.
It has about 45K clicks on the shutter but it's rated to 150k and they truck past that anyways.

It comes with the body, vertical grip, strap, two chargers, two batteries!
