comparing prices off steep and cheap isnt really relevant. seeing as they are only selling such a limited amount of product for that price.

plus inst reatil on those lines some thing ridiculous in the 7-800 range?

i'm not ripping people off. if you'd gotten them for cheap on SAC, good for you, otherwise you can't find this ski anywhere and if you do it's really expensive. i'm offering a price in between that's really cheap for these skis so i can make a little profit and i'm really not ripping people off i'm giving them a cheap price. i could've flipped these and sold them for like 600
 
isnt this an auction? i think they will go for as much as people are willing to pay..... obviously by making it an auction, you are trying to get as much as you can, not trying to hook people up with the good deal you got, so dont act like hooking people up is what your doing.
 
so what if it is? he bought them off SAC and you didn't, he can do what he wants with them.

and $475 for a pair of skis is not "ripping people off".

exactly. you can't even find these skis let alone at a good price. they're sold out everywhere and this is like half of retail and i've gotten no bids so far so they won't sell for very much in the end. i'm not trying to "hook people up" but if you have any interest in these skis it's the cheapest you'll find them

1 he isnt selling them on newschoolers directly(he just posted his EBAY sale on here)

2 nowhere does it state that buying something off sac and selling it for more is illegal.(maby on newschoolers but not legaly)

3 you dont have to look at them, you dont have to bid on them. other ppl still get a good deal even if he makes a profit.

4 who hasnt bought something and sold it for more money sometime, somewhere in their lives?

thats how ppl make money on ebay, buy for less somewhere else, sell for more on ebay. thats just how things go on ebay.

read the thread first before trying to call out a mod, it might get you banned for stupidity
 
dosent actually state that he got them off SAC

just says that if you got them off SAC for that price then good for you.

lets view this example

I got these skis of SAC for 370, and i would like to sell them via auction with no reserve.

that would imply that the seller got the product off steep and cheap.
